Order processing and status

To check the status of an order, enter the personal cabinet

Order Status:

1. Accepted by the system. The order successfully registered in our system. This status is assigned automatically to all new orders.
2. Agreed. The order agreed with the manager and transferred to the packaging. Usually the packaging occurs within a few hours.
3. Selected for delivery. The order is completed and put into reserve. On the delivery day the courier will contact for agreed the time.
4. Setting of the reserve. The order is packaging, awaiting the payment or your delivery confirmation.
5.  Paid.  You paid the order - we got the money. Order dispatch will be made on the day of money receipt on our account according to the chosen method of delivery.
6. Completed. The order is delivered to you or we will send the order via courier or Ukrpost.
7. Canceled. Order canceled at your request or due to the impossibility of its implementation.
